Whistler Blackcomb
Jobs fairs are coming thick and fast now. This is on at the Blackcomb Daylodge on November 2nd and 3rd, although unfortunately if you’re not already in you can’t win, as it’s invite-only and registrations are closed during the week.
BUT all is not lost as three bars run by the mountain (GLC, Dusty’s and Merlin’s) will be hosting a walk-in jobs fair on Sunday, October 28th at Merlin’s on Blackcomb Way.
Servers and bartenders with 2 years experience are asked to come down from 9 am to 11 am. Then bar support staff (hostesses, food runners, barbacks and door) are asked to come down between 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
The Four Seasons Jobs Fair
The Four Seasons Whistler is hosting a Jobs Fair this Saturday, October 27th. They are looking for housekeeping, stewarding, cooks, bartenders, restaurant servers, 1 lounge server and 1 concierge. If you’re popping along please be sure to bring your resume and 2 written references.
It will be held in the Four Seasons in the Harmony Ballroom from 10-4 pm. If you can’t make it on the day please email your resume and references to jobs.whi@fourseasons.com
Fairmont Chateau Whistler Jobs Fair
The Fairmont will be having a jobs fair on Wednesday, November 7th. They are looking for front of the house, the heart of the house and culinary staff. To go you must preregister. Links to register can be found in the Pique.
Buffalo Bills/Longhorn/Tapley’s/ The Fire Rock Lounge Jobs
We popped into the Longhorn during the week. A staff member told us they would be hiring staff. We should no more details later in the week.
