Taking place on April 8-17 this year, the event always attracts the world’s best skiers and snowboarders who compete in Monster Boarder Style, Demo Park, and Gibbons Style Sessions to mention a few.
The festival offers a wide range of activities apart from sports events; free concerts, big air showdowns, and the famous Olympus Filmmaker 72hr showdown, where filmmakers get 72hrs to locally shoot, edit & produce a 3-5 minute short film.
Music lovers can enjoy several free outdoor concerts, DJ’s at the silent disco, the END party, and sunny après sessions on one of Whistler’s many patios.
The festival is also a hive of of cool art events; the 72hr filmmaker showdown, the multimedia extravaganza, Multiplicity, and State of the Art, where local artists are offered a chance to show their work to the public.
